Onboarding Specialist / Manager

About the role

An experienced Onboarding Specialist/Manager is sought to lead end-to-end onboarding programs for new clients and partners in the United Arab Emirates. The role covers data integration, CRM configuration and stakeholder alignment, driving project timelines, maintaining comprehensive documentation and collaborating across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed onboarding plans and timelines
• Coordinate technical data integration between client systems and internal platforms
• Configure and optimize CRM workflows and processes
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and user guides
• Manage relationships with clients, internal teams and third-party vendors
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Train and support clients and internal teams on systems and processes
• Generate regular status reports and update senior management

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in onboarding, project management or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• Preferred: experience in the UAE or wider MENA region, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, fluency in English and Arabic, master's degree, change management and training program design experience
