About the role
Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is looking for an Arabic‑speaking One Touch Service (OTS) Agent to support the front office team. You will help ensure smooth guest journeys and uphold the hotel’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily front office operations, delivering a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve enquiries and problems promptly.
- Maintain departmental inventory, meet productivity targets and support the Head of Department.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of front‑office experience.
- National academic qualification preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
