Ongoing Due Diligence Maker (Temporary Outsourced)

About the role

ADIB Group is hiring a temporary outsourced Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) maker in Sharjah. The role reviews, processes and contacts customers to finalise ODD cases, ensuring that proper documentation is provided and that thorough due diligence is carried out.

Key responsibilities

• Review, process and contact customers to finalise ODD cases, ensuring proper documentation and thorough due diligence.
• Send the ODD form and requirements to the customer by registered email after the gap assessment.
• Collect documents and information for ODD from the customer by email or in person at a branch.
• Review the ODD form and help the customer complete it accurately (transaction details, annual turnover, FATCA details, supplier and project names).
• Verify the trade license, certificate of good standing, memorandum of association, Emirates ID, customer signature and other supporting documents online.
• Call the customer to confirm documents before uploading them to the BPM system (email-received documents); a true copy stamp is required on the Emirates ID for physical submissions.
• Upload documents to BPM with additional remarks and handle all received and allocated emails.
• Update the tracker sheet on time and accurately, meet monthly targets, and keep case discrepancies below 3%.
• Handle extra tasks assigned by the supervisor or deputy.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of products and services.
• Good knowledge of service policies and procedures.
• Fair knowledge of banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations issued by regulatory authorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
