Online Merchandising Coordinator – Retail Digital Operations

About the role

The Online Merchandising Coordinator will support Majid Al Futtaim’s digital retail team by handling the day‑to‑day administration of online product trading. You will ensure that product information, images and promotional content are accurately presented across the company’s websites and mobile apps, helping to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Upload approved product content, details and imagery to web and mobile platforms.
• Coordinate product photo‑shoots, select stock images and manage studio inventory movements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product data and tracking sheets for online merchandising execution.
• Link product images to their corresponding details and perform quality checks on photography and styling.
• Work with Online Merchandisers to optimise category pages, highlight best‑sellers and promote key trends.
• Collect and manage product content from suppliers and buying teams to ensure accurate brand representation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports and support online sales targets.
• Identify customer trends, resolve recurring service issues and maintain stakeholder relationships for an omnichannel experience.

Required profile

• High school certificate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with digital tools that enhance the online customer journey.
• Good awareness of the fashion and home retail sectors and solid commercial understanding.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, take ownership and escalate risks when needed.
• Customer‑first mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
