Onshore Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Construction Supervisor to lead small‑scale oil and gas projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing multi‑discipline construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction operations for oil and gas projects.
• Manage permit‑to‑work processes, isolation procedures, hot work, confined space entry, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor quality, health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Prepare progress reports and update project documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in oil & gas construction or operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of safe systems of work and relevant permits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using MSProject for planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar enterprise software.
