On‑site Nurse – Medical Support for Construction Site

About the role

The on‑site Nurse provides medical support, first‑aid treatment and emergency response for a construction workforce, ensuring health monitoring and compliance with HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and initial medical treatment, coordinate ambulance and emergency response.
• Maintain clinic supplies, medication logs, medical records and incident reports.
• Support occupational health checks, fatigue monitoring and heat‑stress management.
• Assist the HSE team with health campaigns, hygiene inspections and medical fitness tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid licence (UAE or transferable).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; construction or site‑clinic experience preferred.
• Strong emergency‑response capability and disciplined reporting.
