On‑Trade Sales Manager – UAE

About the role

Drink Dry, the leading premium non‑alcoholic drinks brand in the Middle East, is looking for an On‑Trade Sales Manager to own and grow its on‑trade business across the UAE. You will be responsible for the full P&L of the channel, shaping strategy, building a team and driving revenue in hotels, bars, restaurants and cafés.

Key responsibilities

• Own the on‑trade P&L, delivering revenue, margin and growth targets across the UAE.
• Recruit, coach and lead a high‑performing sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring results.
• Identify and win new business in licensed and unlicensed outlets, expanding the brand’s footprint.
• Develop and deepen relationships with key accounts, operators and decision‑makers.
• Design and execute channel strategy, including pricing, promotions, listings and activation plans.
• Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure profitable, sustainable partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure on‑trade execution and visibility.
• Track performance, report KPIs and adjust plans based on market and competitor insights.

Required profile

• Proven sales management experience in the on‑trade/HORECA channel, preferably in beverages, FMCG or hospitality within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and margin targets with full P&L ownership.
• Experience building and leading sales teams.
• Existing network of contacts across UAE on‑trade outlets is a significant advantage.
• Commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, negotiation and profitability management.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast‑growing business.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates.
