Operation Executive – Supply Chain & Export

About the role

We are looking for an Operation Executive to support our supply chain and export activities. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan international purchases based on forecasts, maintain purchasing records, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers.
• Manage Dubai Municipality product registrations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely submission of required documents.
• Coordinate international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners, monitor status, resolve clearance issues and calculate landed costs.
• Prioritise inbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient warehouse utilization.
• Handle export operations to GCC markets, prepare commercial invoices, certificates of origin and other export documents, and track shipments to final delivery.
• Maintain accurate planning files, ERP/Oracle transactions and generate reports highlighting supply risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement and import/export coordination.
• Familiarity with Dubai regulatory requirements (Municipality, Customs, Chamber of Commerce, Excise).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
