Operational Technology & Cyber Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Operational Technology & Cyber Security Manager to lead intelligent and sustainable facility solutions for our global financial services client across the MENAT region. The role combines oversight of building control systems, OT network security and smart-building initiatives while aligning with global strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of intelligent workspace solutions, including BMS, EPMS, DCIM and SCADA systems.
• Act as single point of contact for Global Building Control System (BCS) and OT programs, ensuring global alignment.
• Define, monitor and report OT KPIs regionally and globally, coordinating meetings with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Provide technical expertise on BCS, IoT devices, networks, suppliers and related processes.
• Oversee design, implementation and lifecycle management of OT networks, enforcing segmentation and secure IT‑OT integration.
• Monitor emerging threats, conduct vulnerability assessments and drive remediation.
• Champion best practices, playbooks and standards across a 1,000+ JLL service delivery team.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in operational technology, cyber security or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage regional programs and engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering smart-building and OT initiatives at scale.
