About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Line Manager in a fast‑paced media and production environment in Dubai. The role blends administrative assistance, media operations coordination, and basic finance/procurement tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including reports, correspondence, presentations and document management.
- Maintain filing systems and handle internal/external communications.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, Purchasing and Social Media teams.
- Support media production operations, oversee project completion, manage equipment inventory and handle YouTube/video uploads.
- Create and manage IT support tickets for media requirements.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate and coordinate vendor procurement.
- Maintain receivables, quotations, invoices and payment tracking.
- Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations and media vendor invoice management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in media/production operations or office administration.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
