Operations Assistant – Remote (Legal‑Tech Startup)

About the role

SmartWills is a Dubai‑based legal‑tech startup helping expats register UAE wills quickly and remotely. We need a meticulous Operations Assistant to be the first point of contact for new clients, guide them through onboarding, and ensure flawless document handling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 2‑3 daily video onboarding calls, explain services and answer client questions.
• Prepare and update legal documents (wills, powers of attorney, guardianship letters) with zero errors.
• Coordinate with lawyers, track document status and proactively inform clients of any delays.
• Maintain the Go High Level CRM, logging every interaction and generating weekly reports for the CEO.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft communications, take call notes and organise data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in legal assistance, law firm support or client‑facing operations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Professional presence on video calls and strong attention to detail.
• Proven remote‑work experience.
