Operations Associate

About the role

As an Operations Associate at Miral Experiences, you will be the front‑line ambassador who ensures every visitor enjoys a safe, seamless and memorable experience across our world‑class attractions. You will work on‑site, guiding guests, maintaining standards, and supporting the overall operation of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide an overview of the attraction and answer visitor questions.
• Assist visitors with navigation, directions and information throughout the facility.
• Enforce exhibition rules, monitor guest behaviour and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the venue, performing tidying tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on upcoming events, exhibitions and promotions and communicate relevant details to guests.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for art and technology.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems and act decisively.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends in provided data.
• Desirable: at least one year of experience in an operational role within hospitality, leisure or a similar environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
