Operations Associate

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will provide exceptional guest experiences and guide visitors through the attraction, ensuring safety, enjoyment and memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and give an overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation, directions and answer questions.
• Enforce exhibition rules, monitor behavior and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
• Communicate upcoming events, exhibitions and promotions to visitors.
• Represent the brand professionally, with enthusiasm and passion for art and technology.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to a good standard.
• Good problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical skills to identify trends in data.
• Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
