Operations Associate – Ride & Attraction Management

About the role

The Operations Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient running of rides and attractions at Miral Experiences’ theme parks in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience while maintaining strict safety standards and supporting the attraction team.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out start‑up and close‑down procedures for rides and attractions.
• Manage queuing systems, height measurements and safety clothing distribution.
• Inspect and secure ride restraints, safety belts and emergency equipment.
• Operate ride stop and emergency stop functions confidently.
• Monitor guest loading and unloading to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Record daily operational data such as downtimes, throughputs and staff breaks.
• Lead ride downtimes and respond to emergency situations as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the shift.

• Ability to stay focused during long shifts and periods of high or low park activity.
