Operations Coordinator – Retail Management

About the role

Aldar Retail Management (ARM) is seeking a proactive, highly organized Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth day‑to‑day mall operations. This hands‑on role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, premium retail environment and understands VIP customer service, luxury retail standards, and high‑touch stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations and administrative tasks, coordinating requests between internal teams, tenants, and service providers.
• Maintain records, trackers, and office supplies; assist with weekly/monthly reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and process payments while ensuring accurate filing.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, track follow‑ups, and manage calendars and travel arrangements.
• Uphold luxury retail service standards, interacting professionally with VIPs, tenants, and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects, handle confidential information discreetly, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium environments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to support senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
