Operations Excellence Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑impact Operations Excellence Manager to drive operational performance, governance, and scalability across a complex, multi‑site environment in the United Arab Emirates. This senior role partners directly with senior leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise‑wide operational excellence frameworks aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity, service quality, and operational consistency.
• Lead high‑impact operational and quality audits, translating insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Champion workforce optimization and productivity strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Establish and govern executive‑level KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional leaders to embed accountability.
• Identify leadership and capability gaps, partnering with L&D to develop future‑ready talent.
• Deliver concise, data‑driven insights and recommendations to executive management.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience leading operations excellence or transformation in complex, multi‑site settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methodology.
• Proven track record of driving operational governance, productivity improvement, and performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Confident communicator with executive presence.
