Operations Executive – Amazon Now

About the role

Join a newly formed team that is designing and launching innovative business models across the MENA region. As an Operations Executive for Amazon Now, you will lead store and last‑mile delivery operations, ensuring Amazon’s high standards of speed, safety and customer satisfaction are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for a large site or a network of smaller sites.
• Supervise store operations, meeting customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs.
• Maintain safety standards and team morale.
• Drive performance management, providing coaching, feedback and reporting.
• Develop and deliver training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
• Strong people‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 1‑3 years of experience leading a process and a team.
