Operations Executive – UFG Last Mile

About the role

Join Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) to lead a newly formed team that designs and launches innovative last‑mile delivery models across the MENA region. As an Operations Executive you will oversee end‑to‑end operations for multiple small sites, ensuring high delivery performance, safety, and team morale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily end‑to‑end last‑mile operations for a network of small sites.
• Supervise dispatch operations, meeting customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs.
• Drive performance management for team members and DSP partners.
• Develop and deliver training and development plans for delivery associates.
• Collaborate with DSPs to continuously improve processes and sustain performance gains.
• Conduct 4M/5S and safety Gemba audits across stores on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel between stores across the UAE.
• 1‑3 years of experience managing processes and people as a lead.
• Self‑motivated, action‑oriented, and able to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
