Operations Executive – Vehicle & Logistics Operations

About the role

The Operations Executive will support day‑to‑day operational activities across vehicle transfers, loan clearances, logistics coordination and inventory management. You will help improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times and ensure smooth operations during peak periods and staff absences.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver vehicle plates, registration cards and transfer documents between branches, banks and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate movement of vehicles, plates and documentation, especially during high‑volume periods.
• Gather loan clearance documents and accompany customers to banks; liaise with banks for loan settlements.
• Perform daily physical stock counts, reconcile inventory and monitor vehicle check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Update vehicle locations accurately in the CRM system.
• Support inventory reconciliation, stock accuracy initiatives and fleet maintenance tracking.
• Obtain supplier quotations, track maintenance work and compile related monthly invoices.
• Assist branch operations during peak customer hours and support cross‑functional projects.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a similar operational role.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Proficient with computers and standard office technology.
• Strong coordination, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and good communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to prioritize competing operational demands.
