Operations Manager & Business Development

About the role

LUNASOL MARKETING is launching a new marketing and content agency in Dubai. We need a highly organised Operations Manager who will also drive business development, ensuring client projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communication via WhatsApp, email and calls, keeping clients updated on progress and gathering approvals.
• Identify and qualify potential clients in Dubai, conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and support the founder with proposals and onboarding.
• Coordinate production teams – videographers, photographers, editors, actors, studios and locations – and negotiate quotes with suppliers.
• Oversee project schedules, tasks and deadlines across multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery and problem‑solving when plans change.
• Maintain organized lead pipelines, project documentation and supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑time experience in operations, project coordination, account management, client service, production or a marketing agency.
• At least 1 year in a client‑facing role responsible for communication, follow‑ups and client updates.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently while supporting a fast‑growing startup.
