About the role
The Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day trading operations and support functions for a multi‑asset broker in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures timely trade execution, accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee trading workflows, monitor performance metrics and implement process enhancements.
- Coordinate with trading, risk, compliance and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain documentation, controls and operational standards, and support onboarding and training of operations staff.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations management within financial services, brokerage or trading environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; professional certifications a plus.
