Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across processing centers in the UAE. This role oversees facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross‑functional teams to meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the processing centre across all shifts.
• Lead training and meeting sessions for processing staff.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to complete facility work on schedule.
• Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees, including contacting OFOS.
• Work with Customer Success to prepare licensees for large orders or spikes.
• Manage ZenDesk tickets from open to close.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in the processing centre, kitchen, and facility.
• Review daily inventories, place replenishment orders, and conduct storage audits.
• Review and report KPI metrics, contribute to goal setting and planning.
• Coach new and existing shift leads and fill in shifts as needed.
• Review financials and support P&L understanding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multi‑shift teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen or food processing operations and UAE labor laws is a plus.
