职位概况
负责HR共享服务公司的日常运营，确保招聘、薪资、全球流动性和人员管理等高质量HR解决方案的交付。
主要职责
- 管理HR服务的端到端交付，确保符合服务水平协议（SLAs）和关键绩效指标（KPIs）。
- 监督薪资处理、签证/工作许可申请以及海外项目的大规模技术人员调配。
- 制定、更新标准作业程序（SOP），推动流程标准化和持续改进（Lean/Six Sigma）。
- 推动HR流程数字化，协同IT优化HRIS/ERP系统使用。
- 作为内部业务单元和外部客户的主要联络点，定期开展服务评审会议，提升客户满意度。
- 领导并指导运营团队，确保遵守当地劳动法、税务法规及公司政策。
- 管理供应商关系，确保服务质量。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业为人力资源、工商管理或相关领域。
- 至少8年HR运营经验，其中3年以上管理岗位经验，具备HR或BPO环境背景。
- 熟悉中东及中国等重点市场的劳动法律法规。
