Operations Manager – Scaffolding

About the role

We are hiring an Operations Manager – Scaffolding to lead and oversee all scaffolding operations across multiple Oil & Gas and industrial projects. This senior leadership role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance, and efficient resource management at every site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all scaffolding operations, including planning, execution strategies, and resource management across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards (OSHA, BS EN) and manage scaffolding for shutdowns, maintenance, and construction activities.
• Manage, mentor, and develop scaffolding teams while ensuring workforce competency, certification, and discipline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing progress updates and resolving operational issues.
• Maintain strict HSE compliance and ensure high‑quality, safe execution of all scaffolding activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of scaffolding experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas shutdowns, maintenance, and industrial construction projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
