Operations Manager / Supervisor – Kids Indoor Play & FEC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Supervisor to lead our new branch in Sharjah, overseeing a Kids Indoor Soft Play Area and Family Entertainment Center. The role focuses on delivering a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for families while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure smooth facility functioning.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges professionally.
• Monitor ticketing, birthday parties, events, and overall guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
• Coordinate with senior management on business growth, promotions, and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Kids Indoor Play Areas, Theme Parks, Trampoline Parks, or Family Entertainment Centers.
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Team Leader.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage operations efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards in entertainment/play areas.
