Operations Manager / Team Assistant for Marketing Agency

About the role

Solved6, a Marketing Department as a Service agency, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee publishing and community management for its client accounts. You will ensure content is scheduled correctly, goes live on time, and that each brand’s community is engaged daily.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule client‑approved content in Metricool, optimizing posting times for each platform.
• QA posts before and after publishing, checking captions, hashtags, tags, links, cropping and formats.
• Manage daily community interactions (Mon‑Fri), responding to comments, DMs and mentions in each brand’s tone.
• Identify and flag negative comments, complaints or PR risks promptly.
• Review weekly grid performance and suggest engagement actions with the Strategist.
• Maintain bios, link‑in‑bio, highlights and pinned posts according to brand style guides.
• Report platform issues (locked accounts, policy strikes, ad disapprovals, hacking attempts) on the same day.
• Provide weekly and monthly analytics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) to the strategy team.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in social media operations, community management or publishing, preferably agency‑based.
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Detail‑oriented with good judgement on escalation.
• Reliable availability Mon‑Fri during GST business hours.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Metricool or similar scheduler.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack and Canva.
