Operations Manager & Team Assistant – Marketing Agency (Remote)

About the role

Solved6 is a Marketing‑as‑a‑Service agency serving premium brands such as BYD, Hugo Boss and Charles & Keith. We are looking for an Operations Manager who will own publishing and community management across our client accounts, ensuring content goes live on schedule and communities are engaged daily.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule all client‑approved content in Metricool (or similar) for each platform, setting the full week before the weekend.
• QA every post before and after publishing – captions, hashtags, tags, links, cropping and formats.
• Manage daily community interactions (Mon‑Fri) – reply to comments, DMs and mentions in each brand’s tone.
• Spot negative comments, complaints or PR risks early and escalate immediately.
• Review weekly grids and post performance, suggest engagement actions with the Strategist.
• Maintain bios, link‑in‑bio, highlights and pinned posts according to brand style guides.
• Flag platform issues the same day – locked accounts, policy strikes, ad disapprovals, hacking attempts.
• Supply weekly and monthly analytics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) to the strategy team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media operations, community management or publishing, preferably at an agency.
• Hands‑on experience with Metricool or a similar scheduler, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Detail‑obsessed and good judgement on what to answer versus what to escalate.
• Reliable availability Mon‑Fri during GST business hours.
