Operations Specialist - Contract Logistics

About the role

This position coordinates and supports day‑to‑day Contract Logistics operations in the UAE, ensuring customer orders, warehouse activities, inventory movements and related logistics services are completed accurately, safely and within agreed service levels. The role oversees the end‑to‑end operational flow from inbound receiving and inventory management through order fulfilment, dispatch and delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities based on customer requirements.
• Monitor receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, staging and dispatch to ensure timely, accurate order processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transport providers for collections, deliveries and shipment status updates.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, shipment records and supporting documents.
• Prepare operational reports covering order volumes, inventory, deliveries, productivity and service performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding or a related logistics environment.
• Experience in inventory management, order fulfilment and warehouse operations.
• Good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or other logistics systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Excel skills.
