Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. This full-time, on-site position is based in Dubai and involves coordinating shipments, vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipment schedules and coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Supervise operational teams to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Optimize resource allocation and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, project logistics or transportation operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
