Operations Supervisor – Multi‑Outlet Restaurant Management

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily activities across several restaurant locations, ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency and full brand compliance. This role is pivotal for new store launches, special events and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple outlets, guaranteeing smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs.
• Create and enforce brand standards and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance checks, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Guide Team Leaders and Operations Leads, manage staffing, scheduling and deployment.
• Support onboarding, training and act as escalation point for operational issues.
• Lead pre‑opening activities, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure new stores are compliant from day one.
• Oversee planning and execution of events and pop‑ups, managing manpower, logistics and real‑time issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs, cost control, service quality and compliance with health, safety and food safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of operations experience in hospitality, retail or food & beverage.
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets and leading new store openings.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, food safety and health & safety standards.
