Oracle Cloud Security & DevOps Lead – Part Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Security & Identity Specialist to design, implement, and manage security and access controls across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role is part‑time and requires regular travel to Dubai for on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage Oracle Fusion role‑based access controls, data security policies, and segregation‑of‑duties (SoD) controls.
• Configure Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) integrations using SAML and OIDC protocols.
• Manage OCI identity and security services, including OCI IAM, Vault, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Cloud Guard, and private networking.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud environment refreshes, maintenance, and release management activities.
• Map Oracle Cloud security controls to standards such as ISO 27001, UAE IA, and DESC ISR, and coordinate remediation of identified gaps.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Cloud security.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion security, IAM, SSO, MFA, and OCI security services.
• Ability to travel regularly to Dubai and work on‑site during designated periods.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
