Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Specialist)

About the role

SANAD1171 is a Specialist position in Information Technology at Sanad Aerotech, focused on Oracle E-Business Suite technical solutions that support the group's enterprise and aviation MRO operations. The role works closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to turn their requirements into reliable technical deliverables, ensuring system stability, performance, security and data integrity through adherence to Oracle development standards, testing protocols, documentation practices and IT governance. It is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Information Technology within the Group Chief Finance Office & SVP – Asset Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test and maintain Oracle EBS custom components (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows) using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher and Oracle Workflow, with code reviews and testing before deployment.
• Analyse functional requirements with functional consultants and stakeholders, design and build EBS enhancements, maintain integrations and support configuration of EBS modules.
• Provide technical support for EBS incidents and service requests, carry out root-cause analysis and coordinate with infrastructure and vendors.
• Monitor performance, optimise SQL, PL/SQL code, reports and interfaces, support upgrades and patches and run post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation, perform unit and system testing, support user acceptance testing and provide documentation for audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical development and application support.
• Proven expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher and Oracle Workflow.
• Experience developing RICEW components and working knowledge of EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain and HRMS.
• Familiarity with system integration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment and an understanding of aviation or MRO environments is a plus.

Certification in Oracle EBS and additional Oracle database or integration certifications are advantageous. Applications require a resume/CV, a passport-size photograph and a copy of the passport.
