Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

Danube Group is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Support Consultant to join its HR technology team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on providing day‑to‑day production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, ensuring stable operation and continuous improvement of core HR, payroll, talent management and recruiting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 techno‑functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM, handling incidents, service requests, problems and change requests.
• Investigate and resolve configuration, data, security, workflow, reporting and integration issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring problems, document corrective actions and implement preventive controls.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support, implementation partners and external vendors for product defects, patches and complex technical issues.
• Maintain support documentation, known‑error records, configuration workbooks and user guides.
• Provide targeted training and assistance to HR, payroll, recruitment and business users.
• Support functional modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and internal or third‑party systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM support or implementation.
• Strong techno‑functional knowledge across Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Proven ability to work closely with HR, payroll, IT and external partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering high‑quality support.
