Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant

About the role

ECS is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant in Dubai. The role covers Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Performance Reporting, Project Controls and Project Contracts, with a focus on solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training and testing to support successful Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test and deploy Oracle Fusion Projects modules according to client requirements, ensuring timely solution design and functional configuration.
• Map client business requirements to Oracle Fusion Projects modules and perform functional fit-gap analysis, recommending best-fit solutions.
• Support clients on procure-to-pay project processes, cost accounting, budgetary controls and performance reporting.
• Deliver user training, testing sessions and knowledge transfer, and prepare solution documents, training materials and test scripts.

Required profile

• 9-12 years of experience in ERP Financials, with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion PPM.
• At least 2-3 full life-cycle implementations, including at least one on Fusion Projects.
• Client-facing delivery experience covering requirement gathering, solution design and implementation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Performance Reporting, Project Controls, Project Contracts and Project Integration Gateway.
• Knowledge of project-related procure-to-pay processes, cost accounting in projects, budgetary controls and performance reporting.
• Functional configuration, testing, training and documentation of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
• Ability to map client requirements to Oracle Fusion Projects modules within specified timeframes.
• Good to have: commitments vs. actuals in project accounting and integration of Oracle Fusion Financials with other modules.
