Oracle Solution Architect

About the role

Accenture Technology's Oracle practice offers transformation consulting and Oracle application and technology capabilities across HCM, Finance, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CX, Analytics, Integration, OCI, AI and industry solutions. As an Oracle Solution Architect in Dubai, you will shape and deliver Oracle-enabled business transformation programs, combining Oracle expertise with solution architecture and leadership to turn complex business needs into scalable, integrated solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, account teams and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Oracle solutions that support business transformation and operational objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solution architectures across functional and technical areas.
• Ensure business processes, integrations, data, reporting, analytics and security work together within the solution.
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops and executive presentations.
• Develop Oracle-enabled transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with project and delivery teams and support sales and solution pursuits, including estimation, proposals, demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide solution architecture leadership and identify ways to use Oracle Cloud, analytics, data, integration and AI capabilities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience with Oracle solutions and enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience designing end-to-end Oracle solutions in one or more areas such as Oracle HCM, ERP/Financials, EPM, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, CX, Analytics, Data Integration, OCI, AI and industry solutions.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, architecture discussions and solution presentations.
• Experience supporting solutioning and sales pursuits, including estimation, proposals and demonstrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate with business, functional, technical and delivery teams.

• Problem-solving skills in complex transformation environments.
