About the role

As an Order Taker you will be part of the Guest Service Support team, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth food and beverage operations. The role requires a proactive attitude, physical stamina and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the system.
Set up and arrange tables and dining areas.
Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and timely delivery.
Clean and maintain work areas, replenish supplies as needed.
Manage menu information, reading and visually verifying items.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
Uphold safety, hygiene and uniform standards throughout service.

Required profile

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related work experience: No prior experience required; previous food and beverage experience preferred.
Supervisory experience: None required.
License or certification: None.
