Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

The Organizational Development Specialist designs, implements and continuously improves the organization's performance management framework and capability-building initiatives. Acting as a change agent, the role aligns individual and team performance with strategic business goals and drives a culture of continuous feedback, accountability and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Performance Management System (PMS): lead its end-to-end design, rollout and maintenance, including goal setting (KPIs/OKRs), mid-year reviews, annual appraisals and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Improve the PMS by evaluating its effectiveness, gathering feedback and using data analytics to refine processes
• Train and coach line managers and leaders on performance conversations, constructive feedback and managing underperformance
• Analyze performance rating distributions and HR metrics to spot trends such as bias or skill gaps and share insights with senior leadership
• Develop and maintain core and leadership competency frameworks underpinning performance expectations, career progression and talent reviews
• Support talent review (HiPo identification) and succession planning, and facilitate organizational change initiatives
• Use performance and engagement data to design interventions that improve employee experience, retention and a high-performance culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
• CIPD Level 5/7
• 2-3 years of experience in OD or HR Business Partnering, with hands-on experience designing or managing performance management cycles
• Experience implementing competency frameworks and facilitating performance calibration sessions

Required skills

• HRIS and performance management software, and analysis of people data with Excel and Power BI
• Analytical ability to interpret performance data and metrics
• Familiarity with OD models and change management methodologies
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
