About the role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive motor insurance renewals, retain customers and cross‑sell additional insurance products in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to secure motor insurance renewals.
- Prepare quotations, follow‑up, confirm details and support policy issuance.
- Identify opportunities and cross‑sell complementary insurance products.
- Achieve renewal conversion, premium and productivity KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and log call notes.
- Escalate complex cases to underwriting or claims teams as needed.
Required profile
- Strong sales and communication abilities with a persuasive, negotiation‑focused approach.
- Customer‑centric mindset delivering high‑quality service.
- Experience in outbound sales or insurance is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
