About the role
Madi International is seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote its premium hair‑care portfolio across salons, beauty centres and retailers in Ras Al‑Khaimah. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent visits to clients, product demonstrations and relationship building to drive market growth.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell hair‑care products to salons, beauty centres and retail outlets in Ras Al‑Khaimah.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market expansion.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for client staff.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and provide regular sales performance reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the beauty or hair‑care sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Based in Ras Al‑Khaimah with a valid UAE driver’s licence.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑focused and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
