Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to promote Elite Strands’ hair and nail cosmetic products across Abu Dhabi. The role involves visiting salons and beauty centres, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit salons, beauty centres and potential customers to introduce and promote company products.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers and purchasing staff.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and product requirements.
• Introduce new products, promotions and special offers to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and customer visit reports.
• Coordinate with the office and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in cosmetics, hair, nail, beauty or salon products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the UAE salon and beauty market is an advantage.
