Outlet Cashier

About the role

The Outlet Cashier supports the restaurant floor at 25hours Hotel One Central, ensuring smooth cash handling and accurate sales reporting. You will work closely with wait staff and management to maintain a balanced cash drawer and deliver a seamless guest experience. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Close checks accurately, matching debit, credit, and cash payments.
• Maintain cash float, reconcile discrepancies, and process all guest payments (cash, cards, vouchers).
• Prepare waiters’ reports, calculate sales, tips, and end‑of‑day revenue.
• Handle returns, special transactions, and apply promotional offers via the POS system.
• Stock the register station and notify management of any POS issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage environment, preferably in a hotel or pre‑opening project.
• Previous work experience in the Middle East and familiarity with hotel operations.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and nights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience operating a POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system.
