About the role
The Outlet Cashier ensures accurate billing and payment transactions, delivers professional guest service, maintains cash handling procedures, and supports smooth daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. You will work in a luxury environment delivering authentic Turkish hospitality to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest payments and produce accurate bills.
- Provide courteous service and address guest inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit cards and other payment methods following hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with F&B teams to ensure seamless outlet operations.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1–2 years experience as a Cashier in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Experience in an international hotel chain is preferred.
