Outlet General Manager – Zenzi Beach

About the role

The Outlet General Manager will lead the Zenzi Beach outlet at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitable operations within a luxury beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory, re‑order supplies and safeguard cash handling processes.
• Oversee cashiering functions, ensure compliance with financial procedures and monitor the General Ledger and budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, optimise profits and control labour and operating expenses.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and enforce health, safety and grooming policies.
• Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team through regular training and product knowledge sessions.
• Handle guest escalations promptly to deliver memorable experiences.
• Assist in preparing annual plans, forecasts and expense management to meet budgetary targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Management.
• Health and Safety certification.
• 3–5 years of hospitality experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
