Outlet Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy, high‑volume All Day Dining restaurant at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences across all meals and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan resources, manage workforce scheduling and oversee service delivery for breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events.
• Mentor, coach and train the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menu development, pricing and promotional activities to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Monitor operational performance, guest feedback and service standards, taking proactive measures to improve scores and outlet performance.
• Ensure efficient inventory control, cost management and compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a high‑volume restaurant or hotel F&B operation.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a busy All Day Dining outlet with significant guest volume.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and revenue performance.
