About the role

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, a luxury hotel brand under Minor Hotels, is looking for an Outlet Manager to lead its food and beverage outlets, ensuring professional and profitable operations while delivering authentic hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a professional and profitable operation within the hotel framework.
• Identify training needs with the hotel training manager and develop and deliver required training for department employees.
• Support departmental trainers and implement a daily departmental training programme.
• Achieve departmental budget goals by increasing sales revenue and controlling cost expenditure.
• Accurately forecast business demand to ensure efficient staffing and food production.
• Manage all accounting and billing procedures for the outlets.
• Collaborate with hotel management to develop and execute outlet marketing plans.
• Promote and support Anantara Guest Incentive programmes.
• Schedule management and associates efficiently and supervise the associate time‑control system.
• Conduct associate reviews and appraisals in a professional and timely manner.
• Train managers and supervisors in effective coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline.
• Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Oversee asset management of outlet property and conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections.
• Foster positive inter‑departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
• Work closely with the Banqueting department to support all requested functions.
• Lead by example with a hands‑on approach to motivate associates to excel.
