Outlet Supervisor

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor will lead the food and beverage outlet at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring prompt, courteous service and total guest satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, a focus on team member satisfaction, and adherence to Minor Hotels service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of all restaurant and room service orders, maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist and enforce service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, time adjustments, and daily team member relations.
• Control revenue and check procedures, handle cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and implement effective repair and maintenance programs.
• Train, coach and motivate team members, ensuring consistent counseling and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify and recommend incentive programs, new ideas and operational improvements.
