Outlet Supervisor – Seven Sports Bar

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor will support daily operations of the Seven Sports Bar, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction. This role involves leading the team, maintaining standards, and assisting the Outlet Manager with revenue and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper handover between shifts.
• Monitor service quality, stock levels and proper handling of F&B products.
• Engage with guests, handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching and development.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments for seamless operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Supervisory or team‑leading experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and operations.
