Outstation Graduate Training Programme – Emiratisation

About the role

Join Emirates’ Outstation Graduate Training Programme designed for Emirati graduates. Over 18 months you will rotate through international assignments, gaining hands‑on experience across the Emirates Group’s commercial, cargo, dnata and airport operations divisions while representing the brand worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through various outstation roles across the Emirates Group, adapting to different business functions and cultures.
• Represent Emirates brands such as Commercial, Sky Cargo, dnata and Airport Operations in international locations as the Group’s ambassador.

Required profile

• UAE passport holder (Emirati) aged up to 27 years.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
• English proficiency demonstrated by IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550, and up to one year of prior experience.
