About the role

Forward Thinker IT Services SMC Pvt Ltd is a multinational digital company focused on technology solutions and digital strategies. It is hiring an Owner for a full-time, on-site position in Sharjah. The Owner sets the company's overall strategic direction, makes key business decisions and ensures sustainable growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and guide department leaders
• Manage budgets and monitor performance against business objectives
• Build client relationships and identify new market opportunities
• Represent the company in high-level meetings and partnerships
• Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Drive innovation across all digital service offerings

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience founding, owning or leading a technology or digital services business, with a track record of strategic growth and operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Sharjah and take a hands-on approach to operations and culture-building

Required skills

• Strong leadership, team management, decision-making, conflict resolution and stakeholder management
• Business and financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, risk management and KPIs
• Knowledge of digital technologies, IT services or related fields, aligned with business goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
