P2P Product Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Product Manager to own the planning and iteration of its peer‑to‑peer (P2P) trading platform. You will drive improvements in trading efficiency, liquidity and overall user experience for a global crypto marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise core P2P trading flows, including ad sequencing, request matching, order creation, payment confirmation, dispute handling and merchant management.
• Analyse transaction risks and abnormal scenarios, collaborating with risk control teams to enhance platform safety.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as order completion rate, dispute rate, liquidity, transaction volume and user retention.
• Conduct user and market research to identify growth opportunities and balance supply‑demand dynamics.
• Work closely with operations, customer support, compliance and risk teams to strengthen platform governance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience in P2P marketplaces, e‑commerce, fintech or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketplace transaction models, user behaviour and trust & safety mechanisms.
• Ability to analyse complex user problems and optimise flows through data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and project‑management skills, capable of driving initiatives from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention, dispute resolution or platform governance is a plus.
